Roots to Food
 
This morning Roots to Food came into school teaching about health, well-being and nutrition.
 
The pupils watched two teams, four pupils and a teacher, develop different ingredients into two cooked dishes in 15 minutes.  One team cooked Twice Cooked Parmesan Chicken, whilst the other team prepared a Tandoori Spiced Salmon.  Please see recipes below to cook at home.
 
All the pupils in KS2 were involved in the audience participation and learning about nutritional values of different food types.
