Our Teacher - Mrs Adair

It is a great privilege for me to be working at the Batt. I have always wanted to be a teacher since I was a child. I love working with children,  helping them to challenge themselves and recognise their own potential. I have had the pleasure of teaching every Year group during my career in Oxfordshire and also in Barcelona. I currently lead on History and Global Learning in school.

I thrive on working in a team and have phase led, run a number of residential trips, several school initiatives from International Links awards and leading the first school in Oxford shire to receive the Unicef Rights Respecting Award. I aim to inspire and incorporate the creative, investigative and active components into my teaching.

I am a keen open water swimmer . I love to explore different cultures and experience new places. I like to be outside and spend quality time with my young daughter and friends.
